Was My Order Submitted?
When an order is placed you will receive an email confirming transaction was made successfully.
A confirmation email will give a summary of the order along with the order number to the email address used at the time of purchase. When your order is shipped you will receive another email with details.

When Will I Get My Shipment?
Typically orders are processed by our team within 1-3 business days but in some cases can incur delays due to unforeseen product issues.
Orders generally ship within 8 to 12 business days for US, 8 to 30 business days for international orders
In most cases, customers will receive orders quicker than estimated.

Tracking # Not Working?
In most cases tracking numbers takes 1 to 2 days to update. If by any chance after 2 days tracking number not working please click here and our support team will step in.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can start tracking your order once you receive an email providing tracking number information when your order ships.
If more than one warehouse is used to fulfill your order you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
For our international orders, you may get 2 or more tracking numbers and tracking could be slightly off, tracking international orders only will show the last location scan of the order and will no longer update after crosses the country border, once your order has reached its country the local carriers set out for delivery.
