If by chance you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns in most cases. To start a return process, please make sure your purchase meets our return guidelines.

All returns/exchanges must start with our return form submission, not filling out the form could slow down your return.
The shipping return cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
All returns for apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and no damage.
Made to order (custom) products are considered final sales and not eligible for returns.
If returning CD’s or DVD’s they must be unopened.
Undergarments and intimate items are not eligible for returns all sales are final.
Refunds are made to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Exchange is accepted if a different size is desired in the same product purchased.
